强骨胶囊联合温针灸治疗老年性骨质疏松症的效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the Qianggu capsule combined with warm acupuncture on senile osteoporosis.Methods Eighty cases of senile osteoporosis in accordance with the inclusion criteria were selected in the Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital from July of 2014 to July of 2015, which were randomly divided into the Qianggu group and control group, each with 40 cases.after the end of the study, excluding non compliance with the research requirements and shedding cases, a total of 75 cases were included, 37 cases were in the Qianggu group and 38 cases in the control group.The patients in control group received Caltrate treatment, the patients in Qianggu group received Qianggu capsule plus warming acupuncture combination therapy on the basis of Caltrate.Both two groups were treated for 6 months.Wards triangle area, femoral neck, three large rotor bone density changes and low back pain relief were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results Bone mineral density had different degrees before and after treatment in two groups, but the difference was statistically significant in the Qianggu group(P<0.05), and the difference was not statistically significant in the control group (P>0.05).The bone mineral density of Qianggu group was better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effect on the Qianggu group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the clinical study of this subject.Conclusion The Qianggu capsule combined with warm acupuncture can improve the bone mineral density, and obviously improve the symptoms of low back pain in elderly patients with osteoporosis.The effect is obvious and safety.%目的 探究强骨胶囊联合温针灸对老年性骨质疏松症患者的治疗效果.方法 选取2014年7月至2015年7月期间到郑州市骨科医院就诊、符合纳入标准的老年性骨质疏松症患者80例,依就诊顺序随机分为对照组和强骨组,每组40例.排除不符合研究要求的病例后,共纳入统计病例75例,其中强骨组37例,对照组38例.对照组患者均应用钙尔奇治疗,强骨组患者在口服钙尔奇的基础上再配合强骨胶囊+温针灸联合治疗,共治疗6个月.分别观察两组患者治疗前后Wards三角区、股骨颈、大转子三处骨密度改变情况及腰背疼痛缓解情况.结果 两组治疗后Neck、Wards三角区、Torch骨密度较治疗前均有不同程度的提高,强骨组骨密度治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组骨密度治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,强骨组骨密度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).强骨组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05).两组均未出现严重不良反应.结论 强骨胶囊联合温针灸可提高患者骨密度,明显改善老年性骨质疏松症患者腰背疼痛症状,效果明显,安全性好.
