双环苯并噁嗪的制备及其与环氧树脂共混体系性能研究

         

摘要

The bicyclic benzoxazine precursors are synthesized using cardanol,phenol,formaldehyde and polyether diamines with molecular weight of 230,400 and 2 000,and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and viscometer. The benzoxazine BOZ - 230 are mixed with epoxy EE in different proportions,the thermal stability of blends and the curing behavior are studied. The results show that the bicyclic benzoxazine monomer shows low viscosity,the thermal decomposition temperature of blends of benzoxazine and epoxy resin is higher than pure benzoxazine by 37. 6 ℃ ,the Ea of blends is reduced to 77. 61 KJ/ mol.%以腰果酚、苯酚、甲醛和相对分子质量为230、400、2000的聚醚胺为原料,合成双环苯并噁嗪单体,采用红外光谱和黏度仪对其进行表征。将单体 CBOZ -230与环氧树脂 EE 以不同比例共混,研究 CBOZ -230/ EE 固化物的热性能和共混体系固化行为。研究结果表明:双环苯并噁嗪单体黏度低;共混体系的热分解温度比纯苯并噁嗪提高37.6℃,固化反应活化能降低至77.61 KJ/ mol。
