关于加强电力基建工程管理的行业思考

摘要

As the power industry foundation an d prerequisite of electric power construction engineering construction work in today has been widespread attention,enhance the management level of electric power construction engineering is to achieve the comprehensive protection of the power system and the development of the cause of.At present, the management of electric power infrastructure projects is not in place,the contract management is not strict,the quality of management personnel is not higher.Therefore,the need to further strengthen the power infrastructure project management.By strengthening the cost management of electric power construction engineering,and improve the electric power construction project schedule control,the responsibility of perfect electric power construction engineering management and strengthening the contract management of electric power construction engineering,to enrich the power of content,improve the level of power management,so as to realize the power industry comprehensive development.%作为电力事业基础和前提的电力基建工程建设工作在今天得到了广泛的重视，提升电力基建工程管理水平成为实现整个电力体系和事业发展的综合保障。目前，电力基建工程管理工作中存在管理责任落实不到位、合同管理不严格、管理人员素质不高等问题。因此，需要进一步加强电力基建工程管理工作。通过加强电力基建工程的成本管理、完善电力基建工程的进度控制、完善电力基建工程的责任管理和强化电力基建工程的合同管理，以期丰富电力工作的内容，提高电力管理工作的水平，进而实现电力事业的综合发展。
