In this paper, the method and precautions of calibration of radiation dose meter based on GM counting tube are introduced, the considerations in the calibration process are analyzed and the issues of over response compensation of energy are also discussed. In the laboratory, radium sources is used as a standard source for the development of GM tube instrument calibration radiation dose to obtain satisfactory results and the calibration error is less than 10%.%本文主要介绍了利用GM计数管作为辐射剂量仪探测器进行剂量测量时,标准源法和标准仪器法的使用,分析了在标定过程中的注意事项,讨论了能量过响应补偿等问题。在实验室采用镭源作标准源对研制的GM管辐射剂量仪器进行标定,获得了满意效果,标定误差小于10%。
