This paper analyzed th e main influencing factors of IT enterprise procurement, discussed the reason of high procurement cost, provided the countermeasures and suggestions to cost control of IT enterprise procurement, put forward the key points of cost control in IT enterprise procurement, so as to maximize the cost of IT companies, reduce procurement costs within a reasonable and efficient scope, and establish core competitiveness on economy and management.%研究分析了IT企业采购的主要影响因素，研讨了IT企业采购成本居高不下的原因，提供了控制IT企业采购成本的对策和建议，提出了IT企业采购工作中控制成本的要点，以期最大化地降低IT企业采购成本，使IT企业的成本和支出处于合理、高效的范围之内，建立IT企业经济与管理上的核心竞争能力。
