关于提高大学生就业指导课实效性的思考

目前,大学生就业指导课已在全国各高校开展,有的学校已经具备了初步经验.但高校就业指导课仍存在许多不完善之处,尤其是实效性问题,成为制约大学生就业指导课水平提升的关键.高校应从师资队伍、课程体系和教学模式等方面来完善和提升,确保就业指导课真正发挥作用并服务于学生就业.%At present, the employment guidance course of college students has been carried out in colleges nationwide, and some already have preliminary experience.However, there are still many imperfections in the employment guidance course of colleges, especially the effectiveness of the problem, which is the key to the improvement of the level of employment guidance.Colleges should improve and enhance the guidance level from the faculty, curriculum system and teaching mode to ensure the guidance role of the class in serving students' employment.
