基于低碳理念下的小城镇规划策略研究--以吉林省三合镇为例

basing on the construction and practice experience of the low carbon city at home and abroad,using the method of integrating theory with Practice,to analyze San He town in JiLin Province as an example,Putting forward the corresponding implementation countermea-sure in an objective marmer ,in hopes of Planning and construction of later small-town construction Planning.%通过对国内外小城镇建设发展和低碳理论的分析理解，以吉林省三合镇为例，提出了适合规模小、结构简单，系统兼具封闭性和完整性的小城镇低碳发展的策略，期望对以后的小城镇规划建设有一些借鉴意义。
