Objective:To investigate the expression and function of relaxin in radioactive lung injury model in rats in different doses.Methods:High,medium and low doses of radioactive lung injury animal models were established.Fluorescent quantitative PCR method was used to measure relaxin mRNA expression in the lung tissue after 1 day,7 days,14 days,28 days.after HE was stained,the lung tissue pathological changes were observed.Results:the highest relaxin mRNA expression quantity was in high dose group,the second in medium dose group,and the least in low dose group.Three groups tended to reduce after the first rise.On the 14th day,the expression reached its peak,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of the formation of radioactive lung injury,relaxin plays an important role in regulating,and the degree of lung injury is heavier,the role of it is stronger.%目的:探讨松弛素在不同剂量大鼠放射性肺损伤模型中的表达和作用.方法:分别建立高、中、低三个剂量的放射性肺损伤动物模型,运用荧光定量-PCR法测定照射后1天、7、天、14天、28天肺组织中松弛素mRNA的表达量,行H-E染色后观察镜下肺组织病理改变.结果:高剂量组肺组织松弛素mRNA表达量最多,中剂量组其次,小剂量组最少,三组均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,第14天达到高峰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:松弛素对放射性肺损伤的形成过程中有重要的调控作用,且肺损伤程度越重,其作用越强.
