虎眼万年青总黄酮的提取及含量测定

摘要

Objective: To compare the extraction of total flavonoids from Ornithogalum, investigate the effect of ultrasound and thermal to the content of total flavonoids, Compare content of total flavonoids in leaves and bulbs. Method:Extract total flavonoids us-ing ultrasonic and from Ornithogalum. Using the extraction rate of total flavonoids as index, determining total flavonoids Content by UV spectrophotometric of Ornithogalum in leaves and bulbs, optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Ornithogalum. Result:The content of total flavonoids by thermal reflow method is Higher than ultrasound, the content of total flavonoids in leaves was higher than bulbs. Conclusion:Compare the extraction of total flavonoids from Ornithogalum Caudatum and the result could provide the ref-erence for the industrial production of total saponins from Ornithogalum plants.%目的：比较虎眼万年青总黄酮的提取方法，测定虎眼万年青叶和鳞茎总黄酮的含量。方法：以总黄酮的含量为指标，采用超声法和热回流法分别提取虎眼万年青总黄酮，紫外-可见分光光度法测定虎眼万年青叶和鳞茎中总黄酮的含量。结果：热回流法提取虎眼万年青总黄酮的含量高于超声提取法，且虎眼万年青叶中总黄酮的含量高于鳞茎。结论：通过对虎眼万年青总黄酮的提取方法进行筛选，为其开发应用奠定基础。
