高效液相色谱法测定丹芪益智滴丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

摘要

目的：本文采用高效液相色谱法对丹芪益智滴丸中丹参酮ⅡA进行含量测定。方法：流动相选用甲醇-水（73：27）；检测波长为270nm。结果：本品重现性好，平均回收率X=99.7%，RSD%=1.24%。结论：该方法可以有效地控制制剂质量。%Objective:This article uses HPLC to carry on the content determination to Tanshinone IIA of Danshen Puzzle Pills. Method:The mobile phase consisted of the methyl alcohol-water (73:27);The examination wave length is 270nm. Result:This re-appears the nature to be good, average returns-ratio X=99.7%, RSD%=1.24%. Conclusion:This method could effectively control the preparation quality.
