目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定双黄连泡腾片中绿原酸的含量。方法:色谱柱(C18,200*4.6mm,5µm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(15:85:1),检测波长为324nm,样品经甲醇处理进样。结果:进样量为0.3~1.8µg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,本方法的回收率达到99.68%,RSD(%)=0.74%≤3.0%。结论:该方法专属性强,无杂质干扰,重现性好,结果准确,可用于双黄连泡腾片中绿原酸含量测定。%Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid effervescent Shuanghuanglian con-tent. Methods:Column (C18, 200*4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (15:85:1), detection wavelength of 324nm, samples treated with methanol injection. Results:Injection volume range of 0.3~1.8μg, the injection volume and peak ar-ea showed a good linear relationship, the recovery of this method reaches 99.68%, RSD (%)=0.74%≤3.0%. Conclusion:The meth-od is specific, no impurities interference, good reproducibility, accurate, SHL effervescent tablets can be used for determination of chlorogenic acid.
