超微量智能血凝仪的研制及临床应用

摘要

To measure PT and APTT accurately and conveniently so that Micro Autocoagulator was researched and made.Methods:The blood samples were analyzed with Micro Auto-coagulator(CN-1)and coagulator (CA-100) of same reagents.Results:The test results showed that there were no significant difference two methods.Conclusion:Micro Auto-coagulator had high accuracy result with easy and rapid manipulation.So it may be available for patients in different hospitals.
