PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shygmomanometry instrument capable of bringing inner and outer cuffs into contact with a tragus in an equal state and accurately measuring a blood pressure at all times without being affected by the clamping width of the tragus or the depth to the tragus and without the feeling of incompatibility even when the cuffs are repeatedly put on after fixing the clamping width of the tragus. PSOLUTION: An inner cuff and an outer cuff are constituted of a cuff member 40 communicating with piping 4 and a cuff bag body 22 with a body part 27 fixed in an airtight state to the cuff member to be inflated and deflated, and a pressurizing surface 25 formed in a depressed projected shape is formed at a lid part 23 of the cuff bag body.
