Objective To investigate the serum protein ( TM) thrombosis mediation to evaluate the clinical significance of type 2 dia-beticnephropathystage.Methods 100casesoftype2diabeticnephropathypatientswithdifferentstagesofdiabeticnephropathyweredi-vided into five groups,12 cases in stageⅠgroup, 18 cases in II group, 20 cases in stageⅢgroup, 26 cases in IV group and 24 cases in phase V group.20 healthy subjects were selected as the control group .Comparison of blood in vivo patients of each group of Qing mediation protein content of thrombus , and clinical significance and application analysis of serum thrombosis mediation protein evaluation on type 2 di-abetic nephropathy were analyzed.Results The serum of thrombosis in patients with diabetic nephropathy mediation protein content was higher than that of control group ( t=30.801 , P=0.000 ) , and diabetes in different stages of five group patients serum thrombosis media -tion protein content varied significantly ( F=7.341 , P=0.000 ) , while V period in group was the highest , followed by IV group , and the lowest was primary group content in vivo.At the same time, studies showed that patients serum thrombosis mediation protein content with the different stages of diabetic nephropathy ( CR) and creatinine were in positive linear correlation ( r=0.646 , P=0.000;r=0.621 , P=0.000 ).Conclusion Serum thrombosis mediation protein can be used as the evaluation index of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.%目的：探讨血清血栓调解蛋白（ TM）对评估2型糖尿病肾病分期的临床意义。方法将100例2型糖尿病肾病患者按照糖尿病肾病分期分为五组，Ⅰ期组12例，Ⅱ期组18例，Ⅲ期组20例，Ⅳ期组26例，Ⅴ期组24例，同时选取健康体检者20例作为对照组，对比分析各组患者体内TM含量，并分析应用TM对评估2型糖尿病肾病病程的临床意义。结果糖尿病肾病患者体内TM含量明显高于对照组（t＝30.801，P＝0.000），同时糖尿病不同分期的五组患者体内TM含量也存在明显差异（F＝7.341，P
