多层螺旋CT在成人非外伤性急腹症病因诊断中的作用

摘要

目的：研究多层螺旋CT（ MSCT）对成人非外伤性急腹症的病因诊断的作用。方法选择本院就诊的172例成年非外伤性急腹症患者，分析行MSCT与未行MSCT检查患者的诊断准确率、误诊率、漏诊率及误诊漏诊原因。结果 CT诊断正确率肠梗阻92.68％，急性胰腺炎92.59％，急性阑尾炎96.15％，血源性急腹症100.00％，腹部肿瘤94.44％，泌尿系结石93.33％，胃肠道穿孔92.86％，胆结石胆囊炎88.89％，总诊断正确率94.19％；MSCT 对各种病因导致的急腹症误诊及漏诊无显著性差异（ P＞0.05）。结论 MSCT是成人非创伤性急腹症病因诊断的有效辅助手段。%Objective To study the effect of MSCT on adult non -traumatic acute abdomen diagnosis.Methods Selecting 172 pa-tients with non-traumatic acute abdomen in the hospital , comparing the diagnostic accuracy rate , misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate of patients who underwent and did not undergo MSCT.Results Diagnostic accuracy in patients with intestinal obstruction was 92.68%, pan-creatitis was 92.59%, acute appendicitis was 96.15%, blood-borne acute abdomen was 100.00%, tumor was 94.44%, urinary calculi was 93.33%, gastrointestinal perforation was 92.86%, and gallstones and cholecystitis was 88.89%.The overall diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.19%.There was no significant difference of MSCT for a variety of causes leading to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of acute ab -domen ( P>0.05 ).Conclusion MSCT is the effective adjunct to the diagnosis of adult non -traumatic abdominal disease etiology.
