成人对不同垂直骨面型尖牙远中移动牙根吸收的影响

摘要

目的：分析成人拔牙矫治先后曲面断层片尖牙冠根比的变化，研究不同垂直骨面型对尖牙的影响。方法收集符合要求的患者101例接受O－PAK固定直丝弓矫治，按下颌平面角分为高角型，低角型，均角型。结果组间比较，均为实验一组与对照组差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；实验二组与对照组相比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；三组组内比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），经两两比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），即低角型＞均角型＞高角型。低角型吸收最多，高角型吸收最少。结论正畸治疗中不同垂直骨面型对尖牙牙根吸收有影响；移动距离对牙根吸收有影响。%Objective To analyze the change of the tooth crown root ratio before and after the treatment of adult tooth extraction , and to investigate the influence of different type vertical bone surface of teeth .Methods According to a requirement to collect 100 patients with fixed straight O-PAK silk bow treatments , the experimental group was divided into high Angle , low Angle and Angle of both type three cat-egories , according to the mandibular plane Angle .Results Two experiment groups showed a statistically significant compared with the con-trol group;the Experiment 2 was not statistically significant compared with control group .After comparing the two , three groups all had differences , which was the low Angle >all Angle >high Angle.Conclusion In the orthodontic treatment , different vertical bone surface affects pointed fang root absorption and also affects root absorption moving distance .
