2014年6月-9月,对黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市扎龙湿地内浮游植物进行采样监测,共鉴定出藻类植物157个分类单位,包括152种5个变种,隶属于8门11纲20目40科55属.利用PRIMER5.0软件对各样点浮游植物群落进行聚类(CLUSTER)和MDS多维度分析以及生物环境(BIOENV)连接分析,结果推测湿地内水体受到了一定程度的污染,TP、TN为影响群落结构变化主要理化因子.%We sampled and monitored phytoplankton in Zhalong wetland, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, identified 157 taxa of algae, including 152 species and 5 varieties, belonging to 8 phyla, 11 classes,20 orders,40 families and 55 genera. We used PRIMER5.0 software to analyse CLUSTER,MDS and BIOENV connection of the phytoplankton community. The results showed that water body in the wetland was polluted,and the main factors affecting the structure of the community were TN and TP.
