阐明了竞争情报的含义和作用，加强竞争情报的研究，以促进电力企业的发展，提高其国内、外的市场竞争能力；同时还阐述了要发挥电力企业的优势，积极构建电力企业的竞争情报系统，使其成为电力企业决策的高效低误差的辅助工具。%Presents the definition and role of competition information, justifies the reinforcement of competition information research to promote further development of electric power enterprises and improve their competitiveness on both domestic and international markets, and suggests the electric power enterprises should bring their advantages into full play to build up their own competition information systems and use them as their efficient aids to reduce errors in their decisionmaking processes.
