NAA和KT对铁皮石斛原球茎增殖与分化的影响

The effects of KT and NAA on the proliferation and differentiation of Dendrobium candidum protocorm were studied to provide theoretical basis for the regeneration of Dendrobium candidum protocorm.The results showed that the relatively ideal proliferation%为探讨铁皮石斛原球茎再生的理想培养基,以铁皮石斛原球茎为试材,研究了NAA和KT对铁皮石斛原球茎增殖与分化的影响。结果表明：铁皮石斛原球茎增殖较理想的培养基为MS＋KT1.0 mg.L-1＋NAA0.5 mg.L-1。铁皮石斛原球茎分化较理想的培养基为MS＋KT 1.0 mg.L-1＋NAA 0.1 mg.L-1。
