农业院校开展模拟面试大赛提升大学生求职能力的探析

         

摘要

The increasingly grim employment situation of college graduates makes it urgent for tertiary institu-tions to attach importance to the issue of how to improve college graduates ’ employment rate .Performance in job interviews plays an important role in job hunting .It is believed that the mock interview programs launched by agricultural universities could enhance their students’ competence in finding jobs .It could improve students’ psychological quality ,expression ability ,cultivate good habit ,improve self-promote ability and increase chance of success .Meanwhile ,it pointed out some relative problems should pay attention to in developing moch inter-view programs and some inspiration for graduated students .%  大学毕业生“就业难”问题越来越凸显,提高毕业生求职成功率是高校必须重视的问题。面试是大学毕业生求职就业必要经历,是决定求职能否成功的关键环节。高等农业院校开展模拟面试大赛为学生提供了一个实战练兵的舞台。通过模拟面试的历练,可以提高学生的心理素质、语言表达能力,培养良好的行为习惯,提高学生自我推销能力,提升求职成功的几率。同时,指出开展模拟面试大赛需注意的相关问题及其对毕业大学生的启示。
