In order to reasonably use gibberellic acid in grape production ,taking Thompsons seedless as test ma-terial ,the effect of different concentration of gibberellic acid on fruit character and quality of grape were stud-ied .The results showed that the application of 50 mg·L-1 GA3 before blooming+200 mg·L-1 GA3 after bloom-ing could significantly increase the vertical and transverse diameter ,fruit grains weight and yield .Furthermore , it could increase hardness to improve tolerance to storage and transportation .%在葡萄生产中合理使用赤霉素,研究花前花后使用不同浓度赤霉素对葡萄果粒性状及品质的影响。结果表明:花前5 d用50 mg·L-1+花后9 d用200 mg·L-1的赤霉素处理可有效的增大果粒纵横径,进而增大果粒重和产量。喷施赤霉素,还可使鲜果硬度增大,耐贮运性能增强。
