Φ6．5 mm 60＃硬线盘条尖杯状拉拔断裂原因分析

摘要

The pointy-cup-like fracture surface of 6.5 mm 60# hard wire bar in drawing is analyzed with metallographic microscope and electron microprobe.It is found that there is much inclusion in central segre-gation zone, net -like ferrite in negative segregation zone, and all of them are where cracks easy to be brought about.%采用金相显微镜和电子探针分析仪等方法对Φ6．5 mm 60＃硬线盘条在冷拉拔过程中产生的尖杯状断口进行了分析，发现中心偏析区内有较多夹杂物、负偏析区内有网状铁素体，它们都是裂纹易发点。
