钢中氢含量检测分析方法探讨

In determination of hydrogen content in steel with TCH600 oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen combined measuring instrument, the samples working, clean and store methods have a certain influence on detection result.The suitable detection method and best analysis conditions are determined: purging time 10 s, air discharge time 15 s, air discharge and cooling time 5 s, air discharge power 3.8 kW, analysis power 3.5 kW, analysis delay time 20 s.%利用TCH600氧氮氢联合测定仪测定钢中的氢含量时，试样的加工方式、清洗方式、保存方式对检测结果准确性有一定的影响。确定了合适的检测方法、设备的最佳分析条件：吹扫时间10 s、排气时间15 s、排气冷却时间5 s、排气功率3．8 kW、分析功率3．5 kW、分析延迟时间20 s。
