不同剂量环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效分析

摘要

目的:探讨不同剂量环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效和不良反应.方法:将32例狼疮性肾炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各16例,观察组给予泼尼松片联合大剂量环磷酰胺冲击治疗,对照组给予泼尼松片联合小剂量环磷酰胺冲击治疗.结果:观察组有效率93.9％,对照组有效率为81.3％,两组间不良反应无显著性差异.结论:泼尼松联合大剂量环磷酰胺冲击治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效优于泼尼松联合小剂量环磷酰胺冲击治疗.%Objective:To explore therapeutic effect and toxicity of different dose cyclophosphamide (CTX) in the treatment of lupus nephritis. Method:32 lupus nephritis patients were randomly divided into observation group (16 cases) and control group(16 cases). The intervention group was applied for panasol and high dose CTX. The control group was applied for panasol and low dose CTX. Result:The effective rate was 93.9%, 81.3% in observation group and control group respecthely. However, there was no evident difference in toxicity between the two groups. Conclusion: Compatibility of panasol and high dose CTX superior to panasol and low dose CTX on treatment of lupus nephritis.
