游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣的临床应用

摘要

To study the effect of free anterolateral thigh perforator flap for extremity skin defect. Method:All cases were performed with free anterolateral thigh perforator flap to repair skin defect , 4 cases with leg bone exposures, of which 9 eases were foot dorsum skin defect , and 2 cases with hand dorsum skin defects. The flaps were harvested in 8cm×10cm-10em×22cm. Result: 15 flaps survived were followed up for six months to 2 years, Graft flap appearance and function were satisfactory. Conclusion:Anterolateral thigh flap has cut the area, cut parts hidden, not to cause damase to major blood vessels, the advantages of a longer vascular pedicle for the repair limbs ideal method of skin damage.%目的:探讨股前外侧穿支皮瓣应用于修复四肢皮肤损伤的临床效果.方法:选用吻合血管的股前外侧穿支皮瓣移值修复小腿骨外露4例,足背皮肤缺损9例,手背及虎口的皮肤缺损2例;切取皮瓣的面积为8cm×10cm-10cm×22cm.结果:15例皮瓣均成活,术后随访半年至2年,移植皮瓣的外形及功能恢复都满意.结论:股前外侧皮瓣有切取的面积大、切取部位隐蔽、对主要血管不造成损伤,血管蒂较长等优点,为修复四肢皮肤损伤较理想的方法.
