小剂量鲁米那联合羚羊角口服液预防婴幼儿高热惊厥再发的研究

摘要

目的:探讨小剂量鲁米那联合羚羊角口服液对高热惊厥病史患儿预防惊厥的疗效,从而制定高热惊厥病史婴幼儿最佳用药方案,减少高热惊厥的发生.方法:体温≥38. 5℃的高热惊厥病史患儿152例随机分为四组:2 mg/ kg鲁米那组(A组)、羚羊角口服液组(B组)、小剂量鲁米那(2 mg/ kg)联合羚羊角口服液组(C组)、和没用任何镇静剂组(D组),口服给药后观察四组患儿高热惊厥发生情况及不良反应.结果:小剂量鲁米那联合羚羊角口服液组与其它组的惊厥症状发生率比较差异极其显著,P<0.01.结论:对于高热惊厥病史患儿的婴幼儿,小剂量鲁米那联合羚羊角口服液有明显的预防惊厥复发的作用.%Objective: To evaluate preventive effects of low dose lominal combined with cornu antelopis oral liquid on the infant with the history of febrile convulsions and to work out best therapeutic regimen.Method: 152 infants had the attack of fever≥38. 5℃ with the history of febrile convulsions were divided into four groups ( n = 38 ), group of low dose lominal ( group A ), group of cornu antelopis oral liquid ( group B ) , group of low dose lominal combined with cornu antelopis oral liquid ( group C) and group of blank control group ( group D) respectively. The clinical symptoms were observed. Result: Comparing with the other three groups, the differences of the incidence of febrile convulsions were more remarkable ( P＜0. 0 1 ) in group C.Conclusion: Low dose lominal combined with cornu antelopis oral liquid play a role of preventive effects for the infants with the history of febrile convulsions.
