目的:研究替米沙坦联合糖皮质激素对特发性肺纤维化治疗效果.方法:选取60例特发性肺纤维化患者,随机分成等例数实验组、治疗组,对照组患者予泼尼松治疗,实验组患者予替米沙坦+泼尼松治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果:经治疗后实验组PaO2较对照组升高明显,差别有统计学意义(t=17.95,P>0.05).实验组PaCO2下降较对照组明显,差别有统计学意义(t=45.04,P>0.05).用药后对照组反应良好12例(40%),反应差18例(60%),实验组反应良好20例(66.67%),反应差10例(33.33%).实验组患者反映良好比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X2=4.28,P <0.05).结论:替米沙坦联合糖皮质激素能明显缓解特发性肺纤维化患者的临床症状,改善患者肺功能及预后,明显提高患者生活质量.%Objective: To research the effect of telmisartan and glucocorticoids on IPF. Method: Select 60 cases of the IPF, divided randomly them into the experimental group and the control group. Treat the control group with prednisone, treat the experimental group with telmisartan and prednisone. Compared the treatment effect of two groups. Result: After treatment, PaO2 of the experimental group was increased higher than the control group , the difference was statistically significant(t = 17. 95 ,P>0. 05 ), PaCO2 of the experimental group was decreased lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t = 45. 04, P > 0.05 ). After treatment, 12 cases( 40% ) in the control group gained good response, poor response in 18 cases( 60% ), the experimental group has 20 cases( 66. 67% ) gained good response ,poor response in 10 cases(33. 33% ). The good response rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( X =4.28,P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Telmisartan and glucocortic- oids can significantly alleviate symptoms of the IPF patients, improve the lung function and prognosis, significantly improve the life quality.
