三维彩色多普勒超声在孕中期胎儿畸形筛查中的应用分析

摘要

目的:探讨三维彩色多普勒超声对孕中期胎儿畸形筛查的应用价值.方法:对2008 年1月至2011 年5 月间于我院进行产前检查并分娩的533 例孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对于孕中期运用三维彩色多普勒超声对胎儿畸形进行筛查和诊断的结果进行观察.结果:在娩出的568 例胎儿中,畸形胎儿11 例(1.9%),其中经产前检查确诊的为10 例,阳性率为90.9%,漏诊1 例(9.1%),超声诊断与产后确诊的符合率为100%.结论:三维彩色多普勒超声检查可发现大多数胎儿形态结构异常,在畸形胎儿的产前筛查中有重要的应用价值.%Objective:To investigate the value of three-dimensional color doppler ultrasonography on the screening of fetal. Method: The clinical data of 533 gravidas in our hospital from Jan. 2008 to May 2011 were selected and analyzed retrospectively. The application value of three-dimensional color doppler ultrasonography on the screening of fetal malformationwas observed . Result: In the 568 delivered neonate, there were 11 cases of fetal malformation and 9 cases were definited by antenatal examination. The postive rate was 90. 9%. The rate of coincidence between ultrasonic diagnosis and definitedafter childbirth was 100%. Conclusion: Three-dimensionafcolor dopplemltrasonography can show the structural abnormalities of most fetus. It has an important application value on the screening of fetal malformation.
