Objective: To investigate the impact of tetracaine hydrochloride glue-assisted clinical cathe-terization on patient comfort. Method: 3281 patients required catheterization in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group treated with tetracaine hydrochloride due to glue-assisted clinical catheterization, Control group were treated with paraffin oil auxiliary clinical catheterization. Result: The experimental group patients intubation time success rate was significantly higher ( p 〈0. 05 ), the experimental group were intubated degree of pain was significantly lower than the control group ( P〈0. 05 ), experimental group of patients with catheterization after l0 min urethra to stimulate significantly lower than the control group ( P〈0. 05 ), experimental group patients intubation and after intubation related indicators were superior to the control group ( P〈0. 05 ),There's no significant difference in two groups of patients with complications and adverse reactions ( P〉0. 05 ). Conclusion: Tetracaine hydrochloride the mortar auxiliary clinical catheterization can improve the skin lesions of patients comfort, and improve the success rate in patients with a catheterization.%目的:探讨盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助临床导尿对患者舒适度的影响.方法:对我院收治的3281例需导尿的患者随机分为实验组以及对照组,实验组患者采用盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助临床导尿,对照组患者采用石蜡油辅助临床导尿.结果:实验组患者其插管一次成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者插管疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者其对患者导尿后10min其尿道刺激程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者在插管中以及插管后其相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);但两组患者并发症以及不良反应无明显差异性(P>0.05).结论:盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助临床导尿可改善患者舒适程度,并提高患者的一次导尿的成功率.
