常见市售流感病毒抗原试剂对 H6N2 H7N3 H9N2禽流感病毒检测效果的比较

摘要

目的：比较4种商品化的甲型/乙型流感病毒抗原检测试剂盒对甲型H6N2、H7N3和H9N2禽流感病毒抗原的检测效果。方法：以H6N2、H7N3、H9N2禽流感毒株作为检测毒株，以倍比稀释法将毒液稀释成不同浓度，严格按照试剂盒说明进行操作，观察这4种试剂盒（3种胶体金法和1种免疫渗滤法）对甲型H6N2、H7N3和H9N2禽流感病毒株的检出情况并比较其对毒株的检测下限。结果：4种试剂盒均可检测出甲型H6N2、H7N3和H9N2禽流感病毒抗原，检测下限范围（ log10 TCID50/mL）分别为国产1：1．6～2．4，国产2：3．3～4．1，国产3：3．3～4．1，进口：2．3～2．8。结论：4种试剂盒均可检出甲型H6N2、H7N3和H9N2禽流感病毒抗原；国产1的检测效果较好，操作简便快捷。这些检测试剂都可考虑作为禽流感可疑病例的筛查使用。%Objective:Comparing the four commercially available influenza virus rapid test kits for de-tection effect of H6N2, H7N3, H9N2 avian influenza viruses .Method:H6N2,H7N3,H9N2 avian influenza viruses solution was diluted into different concentration using 1:1-dilution method .According to the instruc-tions of kits, the different concentrations of H6N2,H7N3,H9N2 avian influenza viruses were detected by four influenza virus rapid test kits (Colloidal Gold Immunoassay and Dot-ELISA).Additionally, the limit of de-tection of the four influenza virus rapid test kits was determined and compared .Result:Four influenza virus rapid test kits can detect H 6N2 H7N3 and H9N2 avian influenza virus antigen .The range of limit of detection (log10TCID50/mL) including home-made 1, home-made 2, home-made 3 and imported were 1.6~2.4, 3. 3~4.1, 3.3~4.1, 2.3~2.8, respectively.Conclusion:Four influenza virus rapid test kits can detect H 6N2 H7N3 and H9N2 avian influenza virus antigen .The detection effect of home-made 1 is better than other kits. Meanwhile the influenza virus rapid test kit is a fast assay .The four influenza virus rapid test kits are consid-ered as the clinical screening of avian influenza virus .
