Objective: To explore the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) teaching on cancer patients. Methods: 100 cancer patients were collected and divided into experimental group and control group. Control group received surgery, radiation and chemotherapy and routine nursing. Experimental group received KAP nursing besides treatment of control group. The pain and quality of life were evaluated. Results:The de-mand of experimental group was higher than control group, pain score less than control group, P<0.05. Quali-ty of life of experimental group was significantly better than control group, P<0.05. Conclusions: KAP teach-ing can lessen pain, increase pain demand and improve quality of life of trial group.%目的::探讨知信行教育在改善癌症患者生活质量中的作用。
