阴道镜活检与LEEP术在诊治宫颈病变中的价值

摘要

目的:探讨阴道镜联合LEEP刀在诊治宫颈病变中的价值.方法:回顾性分析了自2012年1月至2014年1月阴道镜下活检病理诊断为CIN的1810例患者,具有LEEP手术指征,在阴道镜指引下行LEEP术,术后常规进行病理检查,阴道镜下宫颈活检结果与宫颈LEEP术后病理结果的差异进行比较分析.结果:阴道镜下活检与LEEP术后活检诊断符合率为:CINⅠ61.82%、CINⅡ62.5%、CINⅢ73.5%.结论:阴道镜指引下的LEEP术可以更加准确的切除病变,避免过度治疗和诊治不足.%Objective:To explore the value of colposcopy and LEEP in screening the Cervical Intraepi-thelial Neoplasia. Methods:A total of 1810 cases were diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,from January 2012 to January 2014. All patients were further treated with LEEP and then processed routine patho-logic examination. Cervical pathology biopsy under colposcopy, and cervical LEEP pathology were compared step by step. Results:The coincidence rates between Colposcopy and LEEP were CINI61.82%,CINII62.5%,CINIII73.5%. Conclusion:LEEP can significantly increase the diagnostic accuracy and decrease the misdiag-nosis rate.
