糖尿病患者CRP低密度脂蛋白水平与微血管病变程度及糖代谢的关系

摘要

目的:研究糖尿病患者CRP和低密度脂蛋白水平与微血管病变程度和糖代谢的关系.方法:选择2015年1月至2017年1月至我院就诊的40例合并血管疾病的糖尿病患者以及40例无血管合并症的糖尿病患者作为研究对象.将所有人分为两组即40例合并血管疾病的糖尿病患者为对照组,40名无血管合并症的糖尿病患者为观察组.分别测出两组人员的CRP水平和低密度脂蛋白水平并进行比较.结果:根据患者病变程度将患者分为患有一种,两种,三种血管疾病,分别对三组患者的CRP进行测量,发现血管病变种类越少,CRP水平越低,差值具有统计学差异(P<0.05).分别对三组患者的低密度脂蛋白进行测量,发现血管病变种类越少,低密度脂蛋白水平越低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);对对照组进行CRP水平测定,并与已测得的观察组CRP进行比较发现,观察组的CRP水平远高于对照组,数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05).对对照组进行低密度脂蛋白水平测定,并与已测得的观察组低密度脂蛋白进行比较发现,观察组的CRP水平远高于对照组,数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:糖尿病患者CRP和低密度脂蛋白水平与微血管病变程度密切相关.%Objective:To study the relationship between the levels of CRP and low density lipoprotein and the degree of microvascular disease and glucose metabolism in diabetic patients. Methods:Forty patients with diabetes mellitus with vascular disease and 40 diabetic patients without vascular complications were en-rolled in our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2017 as subjects. All the patients were divided into two groups,namely 40 patients with diabetes mellitus with diabetes mellitus as the control group and 40 patients with dia-betes without vascular complications were observed. The CRP levels and low-density lipoprotein levels were measured and compared between the two groups. Results:According to the degree of patients' disease,the pa-tients were divided into two kinds:one,two kinds and three kinds of vascular diseases. The CRP levels of the three groups were measured and the number of vascular lesions was found. The lower the CRP level was, the difference was statistically different P <0.05) . The CRP level of the control group was measured and compared with that of the control group ( P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) . The level of the low density lipoprotein was lower. The levels of CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05) . Low-density lipoprotein levels were measured in the control group and compared with the low-density lipoproteins in the observation group. The CRP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05) . Conclusion:The levels of CRP and LDL in diabetic patients are closely related to the degree of microvascular disease.
