替格瑞洛结合瑞舒伐他汀用于不稳定型心绞痛治疗的疗效分析

摘要

目的:探讨替格瑞洛结合瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果.方法:选取本院186例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组给予替格瑞洛联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察两组血脂水平变化和疗效.结果:治疗后观察组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).观察组总有效率为89.2%,明显高于对照组的68.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.71,P<0.01).两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.85,P>0.05).结论:替格瑞洛结合瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著.%Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of ticagrelor combined with rosuvastatin in treatment of unstable angina.Methods: 186 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into control and observation group.The patients in the control group were treatment with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate and Rosuvastatin Calcium.The patients in the observation group were treatment with Ticagrelor and Rosuvastatin Calcium.The lipid levels and clinical efficacy between the two groups were observed.Results After treatment, the levels of TC, TG,LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the level of HDL-C higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01).The total effective rate was 89.2% in the observation group and 68.9% in the control group with significant difference (P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Ticagrelor combined with rosuvastatin has significant clinical effect in treatment of unstable angina.
