Objective:To find a new therapy for the treatment of pneumonia in children, to explore the clinical effect of combined internal and external treatment.Methods: 200 cases of pneumonia patients were classified as the observation group and control group, each with 100 cases.The control group was treated with symptomatic treatment, the observation group based on the use of internal and external therapies in the control group.The treatment effect and the levels of hs-CRP, PCT, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, Treg and CD4+CD25+ of two groups were observed.Results: After treatment, the curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05).Before treatment, the hs-CRP level of observation group and control group was higher than that in healthy control group (P < 0.05), after treatment, there was no significant difference between the observation group patients and healthy control group, while the control group, the level of hs-CRP was slightly higher than that in the healthy control group (P < 0.05).Before treatment, the PCT level of observe group and control group was higher than that of the healthy control group (P < 0.05), after treatment, the observation group patients and healthy control group (P < 0.05), while the control group, the level of PCT was slightly higher than that in the healthy control group (P < 0.05).Before treatment, the levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, Treg CD4+CD25+ in the observation group and the control group were lower than those in the healthy control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference between the observation group and healthy control group, while the levels of CD4+CD25+, CD4+/CD8+ and Treg CD4+ in the control group were slightly higher than those in the healthy control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Combining internal and external therapy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia, the curative effect is significant, and can effectively improve children's hs-CRP, PCT, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and CD4 + CD25 + Treg levels.%目的:寻找治疗小儿肺炎的新疗法,探讨内外合治法的临床疗效.方法:对200例小儿肺炎患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例,对照组采用对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础采用内外合治法.比较、观察两组的治疗效果,hs-CRP、PCT、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+CD25+ Treg水平.选择同期健康儿童40例,作为健康对照组.结果:治疗后,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义.治疗前,观察组与对照组的患儿hs-CRP水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患儿与健康对照组差别无统计学意义,而对照组hs-CRP水平略高于健康对照组(P<0.05).治疗前,观察组与对照组的患儿PCT水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患儿与健康对照组差别无统计学意义,而对照组PCT水平略高于健康对照组(P<0.05).治疗前观察组与对照组肺炎患儿CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+CD25+ Treg 低于健康对照组(P< 0.05).治疗后观察组患儿与健康对照组差别无统计学意义,而对照组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+CD25+ Treg水平略高于健康对照组(P<0.05).结论:内外合治法治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著,能有效改善患儿的hs-CRP、PCT、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+CD25+ Treg水平.
