乌司他丁联合连续静-静脉血液透析滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效分析

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ulinastatin combined with continuous intravenous hemodialysis in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods: 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were enrolled from January 2014 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group received continuous intravenous hemodialysis and hemodialysis.The patients in the experimental group received ulinastatin combined with continuous intravenous hemodialysis.The disease-related parameters, clinical symptoms remission rate, remission time and overall treatment of two groups patients before and after treatment were compared.Results: The scores of Scr, BUN, TBil, ALT, Lac and CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01);The total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: Ulinastatin combined with continuous static-venous hemodiafiltration in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is significant, with reference.%目的:探讨乌司他丁联合连续静-静脉血液透析滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效.方法:收集2014年1月至2016年11月入院的80例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予连续静-静脉血液透析滤过治疗,实验组患者则加用乌司他丁,比较两组患者治疗前后疾病相关参数、临床症状缓解率、缓解时间与总体治疗效果.结果:实验组患者治疗后Scr、BUN、TBil、ALT、Lac与CRP水平组间比较均显著性低于对照组;各相关临床症状缓解时间均显著性对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.01);总有效率明显高于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05).结论:乌司他丁联合连续静-静脉血液透析滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效显著,具有借鉴意义.
