Objective:To analyse hemodialysis nursing problems, and summarize the cause of problems and solutions.Methods: 98 patients admitted with hemodialysis treatment in our hospital form October 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects.The nursing defects were retrospectively analyzed for all the patients.Its influence factors were summarized in combination with the actual situation of patients, and finally to explore a set of effective measures to improve hemodialysis nursing service.Results: Of the 98 patients, the main nursing defects for the loss of blood disease, arteriovenous puncture failure cause subcutaneous large hematoma, parameter setting error, instrument using error, arteriovenous fistula way with the internal fistula arteriovenous connection error, the largest loss of hematic disease, arteriovenous fistula in the road and fistula arteriovenous end connection error, at least in the middle and the remaining three proportion was more close to;The causes of these defects mainly included the nurse poor judgment, risk awareness, to check my work does not reach the designated position, poor technology, inattention, which was caused by nursing staff errors of judgment the most number of cases.Conclusion: Hemodialysis nursing defects often occur, leading to many factors of nursing problems.The hospital must be the reason to develop effective measures to change this to provide a good therapeutic environment, avoid the occurrence of nursing defects.%目的:分析血液透析护理存在的问题,并总结导致问题出现的原因和解决措施.方法:选取2014年10月至2016年5月在我院接受血液透析治疗的患者98例作为研究对象,对其护理缺陷进行回顾性分析,并结合患者的实际情况总结其影响因素,最后探讨出一套改善血液透析护理服务的有效措施.结果:在这98例患者中,主要存在的护理缺陷为失血病、动静脉穿刺失败引发皮下大面积血肿、参数设置错误、仪器使用错误、动静脉管路与内瘘动静脉端连接错误,其中失血症最多,动静脉管路与内瘘动静脉端连接错误最少,其余三者居中,所占比例也比较接近;造成这些缺陷的原因主要包括护士判断失误、危险意识差、对查工作不到位、技术差、注意力不集中,其中由护理人员的判断错误造成的病例数最多.结论:血液透析护理缺陷时长发生,导致护理问题的因素也很多,远方必须究其根源来制定有效的解决措施,才能为换这个提供一个好的治疗环境,避免护理缺陷的发生.
