目的 研究胃癌组织中Livin、Survivin表达及其临床病理,并对两者之间的相关性进行研究.方法 用免疫组化SP法检测82例胃癌组织和11例正常胃组织中Livin、Survivin蛋白的表达情况.结果 Livin在胃癌组织中的表达率(60.9%)显著高于正常胃组织(0),差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.507,P<0.05),且Livin的表达与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关(χ2=5.239,P<0.05).Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达率(69.5%)显著高于正常胃组织(9.1%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.086,P<0.05).胃癌组织中Livin和Survivin表达无明显相关性(χ2=1.873,P>0.05).结论 Livin、Survivin与胃癌的形成和发展密切相关,有望为胃癌的诊断和治疗开辟新途径.%Objective To investigate the expression of Livin and Survivin in gastric carcinoma, and to analyze the correlation between Livin and Survivin in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Livin and Survivin in 82 cases of human gastric carcinoma tissues and 11 cases of human normal gastric tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry ( SP ). Results The positive expression rate of Livin in gastric carcinoma( 60. 9% )was significantly higher than that ( 0% ) in normal gastric tissues( x =14. 507, P < 0. 01 ), furthermore, the expression of Livin was closely correlated with the differentiation degree of the carcinoma and lymph node metastases ( x = 5.2439, P < 0. 05 ). The positive expression rate of Survivin in gastric carcinoma ( 69. 5% )was significantly higher than that (9.1% ) in normal gastric tissues( x = 15.086, P < 0. 01 ). There was no correlation between the expression of Livin and Survivin in human gastric carcinoma ( x = 1.873, P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Livin and Survivin are closely correlated with the pathogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma, which could be a new target for diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma.
