Objective To observe the effect of Xiangsu powder on chronic superficial gastritis (CSG). Methods 120 patients with CGS were randomly divided into two groups. Control group ( n = 50 ) received orae-prazole enteric - coated capsules. Treatment group received Xiangsu powder. Treatment effects were observed after the two groups were treated for 2 weeks. TCM symptom score were recorded. Results Symptom total score after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). Treatment group decreased significantly ( P < 0. 05). There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiangsu powder has definite effect on chronic superficial gastritis.%目的 观察加味香苏散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)的临床疗效.方法 将120例CSG患者随机分为2组.对照组50例予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,治疗组70例予加味香苏散治疗,2组均治疗2周后观察疗效,记录患者中医症状评分.结果 2组治疗后中医症状评分均较本组治疗前减少(P＜0.05),且治疗组减少明显(P＜0.05).治疗组总有效率92.9％,对照组总有效率80.0％,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.结论 加味香苏散治疗CSG临床疗效确切.
