益气养阴和血通络法对糖尿病性视网膜病变玻璃体积血患者血脂及血流变学的影响

摘要

目的 观察益气养阴和血通络法对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)玻璃体积血患者血脂及血液流变学的影响.方法 将93例DR玻璃体积血患者随机分为2组,对照组38例予西医常规治疗,治疗组55例予糖网汤治疗.2组均10 d为1个疗程,连续4个疗程.检测2组治疗前后血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及血液流变学变化情况.结果 治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL -C及全血黏度(高切)、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),且低于对照组治疗后(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 益气养阴和血通络中药能更好改善DR玻璃体积血患者血脂及血液流变学指标,改善微循环.%Objective To observe the effect of prescription with tonifying qi and yin and promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels on blood lipid and hemorheology in patients of diabetic retinopathy (DR) with vitreous hemorrhage. Methods 93 patients of diabetic retinopathy with vitreous hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. 38 cases in control group were treated by conventional therapy. 55 patients in treatment group received Tangwang decoction. The course was ten days in two groups. The changes of TC,TG,LDL - C and hemarheology before and after treatment were measured in two groups after four courses. Results TC.TG.LDC -C,Whole blood viscosity (high shear) ,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group (P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01) , and the decrease above indexes of treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Prescription with tonifying qi and yin and promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels can better improve DR vitreous blood serum lipid and hemorheology index, improve microcirculation
