百令胶囊联合胰激肽原酶注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病40例

摘要

目的：观察百令胶囊联合胰激肽原酶注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病（ DN）的临床疗效。方法将80例早期DN随机分为2组，各40例。对照组给予常规治疗（控制血糖、血压）基础上加用百令胶囊，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用百令胶囊联合胰激肽原酶注射液。治疗3周后分别检测2组患者的血肌酐（Cr）、尿素氮（BUN）及尿微量白蛋白含量。结果观察组总有效率77．5％，对照组总有效率62．5％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），观察组疗效优于对照组。与治疗前比较，2组治疗后尿微量白蛋白含量均有所下降（P＜0．01），观察组下降率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论百令胶囊联合胰激肽原酶注射液可明显降低早期DN微量蛋白尿。%Objective To investigate the effect of Corbrin capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase for injection on early diabetic nephropathy .Methods 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups ,40 cases in each group .Control group received conventional therapy ( control blood glucose and blood pressure) combined with Corbrin capsule .Treatment group received conventional therapy ,Corbrin capsule and pancre-atic kininogenase for injection .After three weeks of treatment ,Cr,BUN and urine microalbumin were detected in two groups.Results Urine microalbumin after treatment was reduced as compared with that before treatment in two groups(P<0.01),scale of decrease in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Corbrin capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase for injection can significantly reduce microalbuminuria on early diabetic nephropathy .
