Objective To observe clinical effects of Shengqingjiangzhuo decoction combined with conventional therapy on the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 80 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were given diabetes routine basic treatments. Patients in the control group (n =40) were treated by domperidone and the treatment group (n =40) received Shengqingjiangzhuo decoction. The course was 30 days in two groups. Fasting blood sugar, postprandial blood sugar and gastric - emptying time were examined before and after treatment, and improvement of clinical symptoms was observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group (90% ) was higher than that in the control group (70% , P <0. 05). Time of gastric - emptying was decreased after treatment in both groups compared with that before treatment. And compared with that in the control group it was decreased remarkably in the treatment group (P < 0.05 ). Postprandial blood sugar after treatment was obviously decreased in the treatment group as compared with that before treatment (P <0.05). There was no difference between before and after treatment on postprandial blood sugar (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Shengqingjianzhuo decoction has definite effect on diabetic gastroparesis.%目的 观察升清降浊汤治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效.方法 将80例DGP患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,2组均予糖尿病常规基础治疗,治疗组加用升清降浊汤,对照组加用多潘立酮片,疗程均30 d.分别检测治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2 h PC)及胃排空时间,判定临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为90％,对照组为70％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.2组治疗后胃排空时间均较治疗前缩短(P＜0.05),且治疗组较对照组缩短明显(P＜0.05).2组治疗前后FPG差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但治疗组治疗后2hPG较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),对照组治疗前后及2组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 升清降浊汤治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫有一定疗效.
