调节性T细胞、白细胞介素-17与婴幼儿喘息样支气管炎辨证分型的关系

摘要

目的：探讨调节性 T 细胞（Treg 细胞）、白细胞介素-17（IL -17）与婴幼儿喘息样支气管炎辨证分型的关系。方法选择健康儿童20名、肺脾气虚型喘息样支气管炎患儿20例及脾肾阳虚型喘息样支气管炎患儿20例，检测其外周血 Treg 细胞、IL -17含量。6个月后随访各组再次发作喘息患儿的人数及次数，检测其外周血 Treg 细胞、IL -17含量。结果3组 Treg 细胞比较差异均无统计学意义（P >0.05）；肺脾气虚组 IL -17高于健康组、脾肾阳虚组（P <0.05），健康组与脾肾阳虚组 IL -17比较差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。6个月后随访3组 Treg 细胞比较差异均无统计学意义（P >0.05）；肺脾气虚组 IL -17高于健康组、脾肾阳虚组（P <0.05），健康组与脾肾阳虚组 IL -17比较差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论 Treg 细胞、IL-17与婴幼儿喘息样支气管炎的首次发作及再次喘息发作存在密切关系。在喘息样支气管炎缓解阶段，应用健脾益肺补气的方法对肺脾气虚型患儿进行体质治疗及预防，从根本上改善患儿的生活质量。%Objective To study the correlation among regulatory T cells(Treg cells),interleukin - 17(IL- 17)and syndrome differentiation of asthmatoid bronchitis in infants. Methods 20 healthy infants,20 asthmatoid bronchitis infants with lung and spleen QI deficiency type and 20 asthmatoid bronchitis infants with spleen - kidney Yang deficiency type were selected. The contents of peripheral - blood Treg cells and IL - 17 were measured. The people counting and attack frequency of acute exacerbation of asthma after 6 months follow - up were observed and the contents of peripheral - blood Treg cells and IL - 17 were measured. Results There were no statistical differences on Treg cells among three groups(P > 0. 05). The IL - 17 in lung and spleen QI deficiency group was higher than healthy and spleen - kidney Yang deficiency group(P < 0. 05),and there were no statistical differences on IL - 17 between healthy group and spleen - kidney Yang deficiency group(P > 0. 05). Conclusion There are intimate connection among Treg cells,IL - 17 and the first and second attack of asthma in infants with asthmatoid bronchitis. In the remission stage of asthmatoid bronchitis,the therapy of strengthening spleen,invigorating lung and nourishing QI is able to treat and prevent the infants with lu ng and spleen QI deficiency constitution,which can fundamentally improve the quality of life.
