丙型肝炎的治疗与药物预防进展

摘要

介绍了丙型肝炎的感染与发病以及对人体的危害， 目前对HC V感染的治疗包括IFN，IFN与三唑核苷、IFN与聚乙二醇3种药物治疗方法，也介绍了重组HCV 蛋白质疫苗和DNA疫苗的发展。%The infection and illness of hepatitis C and endangerment to the people are introduced.For treatment of HCV infection,no w there are three treatment methods of drug that are intrferon(IFN),combining IF N with ribavirin and IFN with polyglycol.And the developing recombinent HCV protein vaccine and HCV-DNA vaccine are also introduced.
