环保型气相防锈剂的研制

         

摘要

Being safe,non-toxic,environmental protection is the development trend of vapor phase inhibitor.In order to update and replace the vapor phase inhibitor with sodium nitrite as the main component in China,the environmental protection inhibi-tor is prepared.The corrosion inhibition of sodium benzoate,1 H-benzotriazole,hexamethylenetetramine,and cyclohexylamine carbonate is studied by static suspension method and dynamic salt spray test.The static antirust screening experiments are car-ried out with a single component and multi component.The effect of sodium benzoate,hexamethylenetetramine,1 H-benzotri-azoleand cyclohexylamine carbonate on corrosion behavior of Q235 steel sheet is studied in 5%(mass fraction)NaCl atmosphere. The experimental results show that the preferred formula of m(sodium benzoate):m(hexamethylenetetramine):m(1 H-benzotriazole):m(cyclohexylamine carbonate)is 5:2:2:1.The antirust effect of the formula is verified by the neutral salt spray test,and the sample remains bright and rustless after 1 5 d when it is used in the form of antirust film.This vapor phase inhibitor is safe and efficient with low toxicity and environmental protection,and it has synergistic effect,so it can be used for replacing the vapor phase inhibitor with sodium nitrite as the main component.%安全、无毒、环保是气相防锈剂的发展趋势.为了对国内以亚硝酸钠为主要成分的气相防锈剂进行更新换代,研究制备了环保型气相防锈剂.采用静态吊片法和动态盐雾试验,对苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、乌洛托品、碳酸环己胺4种物质进行缓蚀研究,通过单组分及多组分复配进行静态防锈甄别实验,研究了苯甲酸钠、乌洛托品、苯并三氮唑和碳酸环己胺在5 %(质量分数)NaCl氛围中对Q235型钢片腐蚀行为的影响.实验结果表明:优选配方以苯甲酸钠为主要原料,m(苯甲酸钠):m(乌洛托品):m(苯并三氮唑):m(碳酸环己胺)=5:2:2:1;经盐雾试验对配方的防锈效果进行验证,发现当其以薄膜形式使用时,试样在15 d后仍保持光亮无锈.此气相防锈剂不仅安全高效,而且低毒环保,具有协同增效作用,可作为对以亚硝酸钠为主要成分的气相防锈剂的更新换代产品.
