静水条件下,研究了温度、盐度和p H值对日本矶海绵耗氧率的影响。试验结果表明:温度在13~22℃范围内,日本矶海绵的耗氧率随着温度的增大而增大,温度高于22℃,耗氧率则开始减小( P<0.05);盐度在20‰~35‰范围内,日本矶海绵的耗氧率随着盐度的增大而增大,盐度高于35‰,耗氧率则开始减小( P<0.05);pH在5~8范围内,日本矶海绵的耗氧率随着 pH的增大而增大,pH高于8,耗氧率开始减小(P<0.05)。%Effects of temperature(13 ,16 ,19 ,22and25 ℃) ,salinity (20‰ ,25‰ ,30‰ ,35‰and40‰) ,pH values(5 ,6 ,7 ,8 ,9and10) on influent oxygen consumption rate of Reniera japonica .The results show that :the oxygen consumption rate of Reniera Japonica increases with the rise of temperature when the temperature is 13~22 ℃ ,when higher than 22 ℃ ,the decline appears apparently(P<0 .05) .When the sanlinity is 20‰ ~35‰ ,the oxygen consumption rate of Reniera japonica increases with more salinity , when higher than 35‰ ,the decline appears apparently(P<0 .05) .When pH is 5~10 ,the oxygen con‐sumption of Reniera japonica increases with higher pH ,when 8~10 ,the rate decline as higher pH(P<0 .05 ) .
