针对一种特殊工况下的低速重载输送链———U型滑道约束输送链,分析了主动链轮运动一个周期的时间内,链节在主从动链轮啮合区域及位置补偿区域内的运动状态。根据闭环矢量法建立机构的位移矢量方程,采用MATLAB软件对机构进行运动学分析,得出各部分机构的运动曲线。运动学分析的结果为U型输送链的动力学分析及速度补偿奠定有利的基础。%For a special kind of slow-speed overloading transmission chain-U-type slide constrained chain , this paper analyses motion of link into active chain sprocket engagement area , position compensation area , and leav-ing active chain sprocket engagement area in a cycle motion process of active chain sprocket .The displacement vector equation of the mechanism is established by closed-loop vector method .Using MATLAB software to ana-lyze the kinematic of mechanism and draw the kinematic curve of each component part .The result of kinematic analysis provides powerful basis and reference for the kinetic analysis and speed compensation of U -type slide constrained chain .
