一种多连杆结构液压剪的设计计算

摘要

介绍了多连杆结构液压剪的剪切机理、设备组成，给出了斜剪刃液压剪剪切力的计算方法，根据力学分析推导出了剪切力与液压缸驱动力之间的关系，在推导过程中充分考虑了连杆重量及摩擦力等影响因素对剪切力带来的影响，为多连杆结构液压剪的设计计算提供了参考。%This paper introduced the shearing mechanism equipment composition of multi-link structure hydrau-lic shears,and put forward the calculation method of shear force on hydraulic shears with oblique cutting edge. The relationship between shear force and hydraulic cylinder force were derived according to mechanical analy-sis.In the derivation process,it fully considered the influence factors working on shear force such as link weight,friction and so on,which provided an important reference on design and calculation of multi-link struc-ture hydraulic shear.
