A ship design computational analysis processing method and a ship design computational analysis system are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ship design computational analysis processing method comprises: a step of receiving at least one ship design factor from a user; a step of selecting an experiment plan function having at least one ship design factor as an independent variable; a step of calculating a coefficient of the experiment plan function based on a plurality of previously stored numerical values regarding at least the ship design factor, which has been received; and a step of calculating a result-optimal value of the experiment plan function based on the calculated coefficient.
