细颗粒物(PM2.5)传感器测试室内自然尘性能比对研究

     

摘要

为了评估PM2.5传感器测试自然尘的准确度、精密度等性能,选取常见的5个型号传感器(每个型号2台),以国家标准规定的重量法作为参考,在室内环境中采集了30个自然尘样本,采用平行测试的方式对传感器和重量法的测量结果进行了比对.与重量法的测量结果相比,所选传感器的平均相对误差均超过了20%,最大值在60%左右.综合不同工况下的测试结果,计算得到的传感器测量总不确定度最小值在60%左右,最大值超过了150%.通过对比同型号2台传感器的测量结果,发现某型号传感器的内部一致性偏差高达25%.%In order to evaluate the performance of PM2.5 sensors such as precision and stability,chooses five models of PM2.5 sensors commonly used (two sets for each model),selects the gravimetric method defined in the national standard as reference method,collects 30 samples of natural dust in the indoor environment,and compares the measurement results of the PM2.5 sensors and the gravimetric method by means of parallel test.The comparison results indicates that the mean relative error of the selected sensors is more than 20%,up to about 60%.Based on the test results under different working conditions,the minimum relative overall uncertainty of the sensors is about 60%,and the maximum one is more than 150%.By comparing the testing data of two sensors from the same model,finds that the maximum consistence of internal is up to 25%.
